Hand crafted end grain North American black walnut cutting board. 17.75″ x 11.5″ x 1.7″

-Our North American Black walnut boards are sourced from Illinois and Wisconsin, This is North American black walnut which is one of the most expensive woods available and not the South American black walnut imitation (Rain tree.)

-Our cutting boards are made in North America by American workers from American materials.

-The cutting board glue ups are clamped for upwards of 2 weeks for a proper hold and are finished with tung oil and a heavy coat of bees wax.

-The end grain fibers allow the board to self heal from knife marks and chopping extending the longevity of a premium looking product.

-It is important to not allow the board to sit in water and to re-oil and wax it regularly at first. This will create a wood similar to fatwood where the oils will solidify internally and over time create an incredibly durable cutting board which will last a lifetime.
